Dinners are served daily by Katie our dining attendant. The cost is £2.50 per day. If you think you might be entitled to Free School Meals an application can be made on the Education Authority Website. If your child has a food allergy or intolerance please inform the Nursery so we can plan for this. St Luke’s Nursery is a NUT FREE ZONE.
There is no option for packed lunches.
Dinner time is a very special and favourite time in our day. The children develop in independence whilst following hygiene routines, pouring, cutting, setting tables and making healthy choices. They learn from staff and their peers and have the opportunity to develop social and language skills as they chat in small groups with children and staff.
